Thursday July 15th

It was run jog time in the cool night air.  I am starting to like going out on a cool summer night for my exercise time.  Not only is it cool, but it is quiet and there is very little traffic.  I have been going for "walk/jog" intervals.  I do two minutes of walking and one minute of jogging for two miles.  Very soon I will up the jog time to two minutes.
