Race Against Time

I knew this day would eventually come.  Just 9 days into the project and it happened.  It all started with the "selves".  One self said, "You don't have to get your 30 minutes in right now. Just have a morning where you don't have to exercise. You can do it later..."  I think I will name this self, "Don't".  The other self said, " You know you better do it now,  if you listen to "Don't", you are never going to fit it in today, if you don't go now, you won't want to exercise at the end of a long day at work!"  I will name this self, "Dooit".  So, "Dooit" and "Don't" had a long, drawn out, argument this morning and my body just sat there listening, waiting for a decision to be made about whether we were going to exercise for a least 30 minutes.  Then the eyes looked at the clock and sided with "Dooit", then my poor body had to engage in a race against time, as out the door we all flew, body complaining all the way about how a decision to go for a walk can't be made in a timely fashion.
