Yoga!

I love yoga!  I love the feeling of stretching out my muscles and joints, but it does not feel like I am burning many calories because it does not raise the heart rate or stress the cardio system.  I tried the exercise tv yoga with Maura Barclay and it was intermediate to advanced yoga.  I was able to do the static poses but the flow routines went a little quickly and I was not that famaliar with the vocab.  It was hard to see the tv and pose my body in a static pose!  I love yoga and I plan to incorporate more into my workouts.
