Ta-Dah Tuesday!
Got up early this morning to exercise (that's the ta-dah part) because I had a hair appointment at 9 am and I knew that if I did not" knock it out" this morning I would not want to do it after work tonight. I am feeling a little stiff and achy in certain places from yesterday. I decided that today would just be a 2 mile walk and that would be just fine for all the body parts involved!
Marathon Monday
I went out for a walk today and wore my heart monitor and felt like I was going to walk and run for 2 miles. I would watch my heart rate go up and down and judge the running time and walking time according to the heart rate beats per minute. However, when I got started I got busy watching the bpm and the time it took for it to go out of range and back into range. I did my walk/jog in about 25 minutes and I felt pretty good, so I went around again! Another 2 miles, only this time I did 1 minute of walking and 1 minute of jogging staying strictly to that schedule. Total distance was 4 miles and it took about 45 minutes.
Survior Sunday
Got up and went to church. It was puppet Sunday and we had a skit to do for the children. I came home from Church and contemplated, from the couch, doing my workout. The consensus was I did not want to break out in a sweat because I wanted to go back in the evening for Graduating Senior Sunday. It was a special service featuring the teenagers who are graduating from High School. My son was one of them and he did not want to participate, but two of his friends Sydnee, and Matt, did participate and I went to support them. It was a little heartbreaking that I did not assemble anything on behalf of Marshall, despite his unwillingness to be there. I was there and I wished he had made the effort to be there for his friends. After Church it was time for the season finale of Survivor Heros vs. Villians and Sandra, a villian, won. This is a 2 hour show including and hour of the After show where they chat about all the awful things they do and say to each other. When this all was over it was 11:00 pm, and time to exercise!!!!... yeah...I did the total gym and went to bed.
T-Tapp Workshop
This was a T-Tapp workshop in Liberty Lake that I assembled. It was from 10am-Noon with a certified trainer from Idaho. It was so much fun and sweaty! I met some new people and I hope that we can come together again in the future. It was great to see, in 3-D, the postures used and align my body the same as the trainers. We had lots of laughter and fun doing a 15 minute workout in 2 hours time.
Friday? I Really Don't Remember
I REALLY don't remember what I did for exercise on Friday. If I had to venture a guess it was probably a walk. I know I did exercise, I am positive about that! I have not missed a day yet!
