Here I am Again

Second "go round" today on the blog.  I went for a walk around the "hood" and it was a little rough out of the gate, thanks to Bob ( Biggest Loser Trainer).  He killed me with lunges yesterday and my "glutes", "hams", and "quads" are suffering.  I found a penny on my walk and I was not sure I could even bend down to pick it up.  I thought about leaving it there on the road, because it would involve too much work (and pain) to bend over to retrieve it.  But, I really wanted to add it to my total (now, $1.38, thanks to the penny today).  I often wondered about why you find money on the ground, especially in these hard economic times.  Now, I know why,... we are too fat and lazy when we drop a penny to pick it up!  This penny almost got to stay there, because half way down to pick it up my body started to growl, whine, and scream with pain and we almost didn't make it back to a standing position.  The penny is mine now and in my wallet. Its a little roughed up from being run over by cars but it will spend just fine!
