I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.
So, did you notice when you sarted working out for longer than 30 minutes? I've heard you talk about that for quite a while. Remember in the beginning when you wondered if anyone ever looked forward to exercising....you must be doing that a little if you are going over the 30 minute mark more often than not! I'm wondering, will I ever be interested in more than 30 minutes?!
