I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.

T-Tapp Tuesday!
T-Tapping with my sister on a Tuesday! We did the Total Workout to tempo (40 minutes) and my sister kept looking at me and saying, "Is it almost over?", "Is this the last exercise?". It made me laugh a sweaty laugh....
Thank you for telling these stories accurately. Hi Cindy, I could walk the next day. I have been doing the basic workout since i came home. now it's time to put in the one you gave me. Hang in there Cindy:0)
