I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.

Its Thursday...
I waited again until the evening to fit in my 30 minutes. I did the basic plus T-Tapp and a 1 mile walk.
