I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.

Quickie
Tonight was a quickie. I still did 30 minutes, but, it was a pilates with band routine. I did 10 minutes each of total body, abs and flexibility. It felt easy but I had to "go there" to recuperate from Jillians Shred dvd last night.
