Winding Down

Well, my project is winding down and I have been carefully planning this time.  I will continue to exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.  I feel "I have to" now or my day won't be complete.  I will not blog anymore about exercise but I have created a new project for myself.  I am partially inspired by my niece who is posting a picture a day for a year but I will just be devoting 30 minutes (at least) a day to learning about my camera, aspects of great photography, and photoshop editing.  I have re-joined the Photography Club and plan to attend all their events and field trips.  I will blog about it everyday for a year.  I do love the idea of devoting myself everyday to something as discipline and blogging about it for accountability.  What a great experiment or test this has been for me to stick with it and see it through to the end, without distraction!  Tonight I went for a jog outside and I even managed to get it done early!.... progress.....

  1. Just some quotes I thought you might like to see:
What I do need is discipline, for something, anything. I tend to start something, go all out for about 3 months, get distracted by something new, and go off to a new project or direction.
I found land...massive land...and like any new discovery I'll give it a name... how about..... "Bootyville".
"Dooit" and "Don't" had a long, drawn out, argument this morning and my body just sat there listening, waiting for a decision to be made about whether we were going to exercise for a least 30 minutes.
I am not happy or anxious to exercise when I get home from work. I feel tired after sitting all day and solving all the credit card terminal issues in the world. I just want to drag my tired body home and hold the couch down with it.
I hope the feeling grows, thats my hope, that my day won't feel right without exercise included.

  3. I can't wait to see 6 days left on my countdown! Actually, it's pretty amazing to me that I'm about to see 1 something - 199, 198, etc. It's gone by pretty fast so far.
