Snap Crackle, Aaaaahhh......
I did a T-Tapp Tempo workout, the whole enchilada, a total workout in 40 minutes! I haven't done T-tapp for a week (except for Saturday's workshop). It felt good to stand in one place with correct spinal alignment. I think I did my own chiropractic adjustments while doing several of the movements....aaaahh

I didn't know you could do the total in 40 minutes - that's awesome....another dream to put on my list....one day, maybe when I have about 100 days to go, I'll be able to get a good hard workout in while only spending 40 minutes of my day. Cool.
