Boring Bike Ride
You may be wondering how a bike ride could be boring, it was on my stationary bike in my bedroom. Granted it was in front of a tv, yet, I get kind of bored with my arms moving back and forth, what does that really do for your arms anyway? I need to drag my "real" bike out of the garage soon and take it for a ride someplace. This is a really dangerous time of year for me...lots of people are having Garage Sales. I ALMOST bought a treadmill the other day at a Boy Scout Sale, it was for a good cause, but I could not figure out what room to put it in....maybe when Marshall moves out.....

That's funny - I went to garage sales here in Missoula this morning with Paulette. We got a bag 'o clothes for Skylar who is clothes poor at my house anyway. 2 TVs (had to have one so I could set up an exercise area in the basement this week when I clean out that horrid room - one TV for Ken and Kim) and a combo VCR DVD player (I have exercise programs on both VCR and DVD...). Dangerous is right!
