I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.
I just wanted to thank you for your encouraging words today. I KNOW I wouldn't stick with this without your involvement. I know someday I'll be enjoying the fruits of these labors. I know because I've watched you!
