I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.

To The Limit
I pushed time to the limit this morning. I did a "quickie" two mile walk and t-tapp abs, and got ready for work in 45 minutes.
