I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.
Let your mind embrace the fact that you are a size 12. Not "may need to shop for a size 12 soon" - more like "time to shop for a size 12." YOU ARE A SIZE 12 - believe it!
