I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.

Tired
Feeling tired, I put in the Pilates with Band dvd and did a 30 min workout at about 9:30 pm. I really have no thoughts to give you about it right now...I am too tired...
