I don't need another cookbook, what I need is discipline. The reason: almost 50, overweight, family history of heart disease. The goal: to exercise for AT LEAST 30 min. a day, for 365 days consecutively.

Routine
Sunday nite, Amazing Race, Stationary bike...at least I knew there was a bike involved in the challenge and I did not incur a 30 minute penalty.....HELLO!
