Me-Time
I have started to notice that 41 days into this project and it is an expected part of my day to exercise. Do I always want to exercise?, no, but I spend 30 minutes doing it anyway. It is starting to become "me-time", a part of my day that I give to myself. I used to choose napping or reading, watching tv or talking on the phone (sometimes both) as time for myself or "me-time". Now, I am putting that time into my health and wellness. Ocassionaly, I sneak in a small "rest time" before "me-time" exercise!
