Bike for Sale

Stationary bike today and I wore my heart monitor to see if it was even worth it.  It really took a long time to achieve the "zone" and it was hard to keep the heart rate from going too low.  My bike only has one speed and I ride and sweat.  When I bought it at a Garage Sale, several years ago, it was supposed to have variable speeds and have the ability to be programmable, but as soon as I got it home, in the door, and up to the bedroom it became sedentary, covered with dust and dysfunctional. After I make use of it this winter it may end up in another Garage Sale, mine.  Thats where all exercise equipment goes after it dies, Garage Sale Graveyard for all equipment that does not live up to our New Years "promise" to he healthy.
